Below is the list of policies we have put into place due to COVID-19.

If you choose to not follow them, we will ask you to leave.

Thank you for your patience during this time, and thank you for supporting Drafting Table!
  1. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. We will be doing the same. We will also be completing a health screening and taking our temperatures before each shift.
  2. Please wait to be seated (and even wait for to-go beers). If there is a wait, add your name and cell phone number to the list and we will text you when your table is ready. We unfortunately cannot allow you to wait for a table on our property, so please feel free to wait in your car or take a walk around downtown Wixom.
  3. Masks are required to be worn until you are seated with your beer. They are even required outside when on our property. If you get up from your table, please put your mask back on and please wear it correctly.
  4. If you are only ordering beer to-go, please use the online Curbside Pick Up ordering process to limit the number of people inside our building. Alcohol will be uploaded to our website at the start of our business hours and will be taken down at closing time. Curbside Pick Up is available during the days and times we are open. ***IMPORTANT*** You must pick your online order up from the brewery the same day the order is place during business hours. If you do not pick it up by our closing time, your order will be canceled. You will not be refunded or given a store credit. Thank you for understanding! View more details about Curbside Pick Up here: https://draftingtablebeer.com/home/curbside/
  5. We will be at LESS THAN 50% capacity inside to ensure 6 feet social distancing rules, so we will have a lot less tables and chairs. We do have a new outdoor seating area!
  6. With this being said, we will be 21+ years old after 7pm.
  7. All members of your party (including children) will need to remain seated at all times unless ordering a beverage or using the restroom.
  8. Keep 6 feet away from others not in your party as much as possible.
  9. Do not move our tables and chairs. We’ve placed them specifically where they are to ensure we have at least 6 feet distance between each party.
  10. Bar seating is very limited. We have a few tables pushed up to the bar to ensure 6 feet distance between guests and the servers behind the bar.
  11. Our tap list will be on our website. Scan the QR code on your table to view our online menu. If you do not have a smart phone, just ask a server to assist you. View our tap list here: https://draftingtablebeer.com/home/beer/
  12. Please order your drinks and pay/open a tab at the bar for the time being. We have two ordering stations set up for you. There are markings on the ground showing 6 feet distance and plex-glass hung to separate you from the server. Don’t forget to bring your ID and wear your mask.
  13. Sorry, no mingling between or at other tables outside of your own.
  14. Max group size is 8 people.
  15. We will constantly be sanitizing surfaces, handles, restrooms, the entry way, tables, chairs, etc.
  16. We have several hand sanitizer stations set up around the brewery that we encourage you to use.
  17. Restrooms- since we cannot guarantee 6 feet distance between others in the restrooms, we ask that only one person at a time uses them unless they are in the same party as you. Please knock before entering.
  18. We are still holding off on filling customer’s personal growlers and accepting can returns. You are welcome to show us the can returns, but bring them back to your house to recycle. We will include the deposit return refund on your tab.
  19. We will not have board games and coloring books available until further notice.
  20. Sorry, no darts.
  21. All our normal weekly events are on hold for the time being.
  22. All food trucks are on hold until further notice as well. We encourage you to order food from our neighboring restaurants. Please also bring your own plastic utensils, plates, and napkins or get them from the restaurant that you order food from.

Below are our business hours. Make sure to always check our website for our latest hours prior to visiting us as these may change.

    10. THANK YOU for ordering beer!!!

Brewery Temporarily Closed

With great sadness but also with great hope for the future, as of today (3/30/2020) we are temporarily suspending retail and To-Go sales at the brewery.

As a beverage manufacturer, our business was deemed essential by Governor Whitmer’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order. However, our #1 priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers, so we feel that temporarily stopping To-Go beer sales is the most responsible thing to do at this time. We reside in Oakland County, and it’s one of the COVID-19 hot-spots in Michigan. We want to do our part to keep people home and help stop the spread of this virus.

THANK YOU for all your love and support. We will miss you all dearly during our time apart, but we will be back soon!

If you want to help our staff, please consider tipping them via our website: https://draftingtablebeer.com/…/tips-are-greatly-appreciat…/

You can also purchase gift cards and merchandise on our website. We are working to get all our merchandise online in the coming days. Please give us some time to ship these out to you though. Shop our website here: https://draftingtablebeer.com/home/shop/

Finally, please keep in touch! Send us photos of you enjoying our beer via Facebook, Instagram, Untappd, and by email. Please consider sharing stories you have involving Drafting Table beer or times at the brewery. We would love to hear from you. Your story may even find its way onto our social media pages over the next few weeks. See below for how to tag us in posts.

Please stay home if you can. This is only temporary if we all do our part. Thank you again and see you soon.

Aaron, Kristin and the DTBC Team

Aaron | Co-owner + Head Brewer

Professional Pils

Skiing, golfing, running, soccer, and beer

I’ve ran 9 marathons including the Boston Marathon in 2014. My PR is 2hrs and 56 minutes.

Kristin | Co-owner + General Manager

My favorite beers are any of our hazy IPA’s: Mosaic Waves, Render, and Grunge Phaze

In the summer I love being in the sun by a lake, ocean, or river. I also enjoy kayaking and golfing. In the winter I enjoy downhill skiing and sitting by a fire with a beer and my dog, Barley.

I am not native to Metro Detroit. I actually grew up in Muskegon, MI and try to visit West Michigan whenever I am able to.

Mark | Brewer

Mark | Brewer

My favorite DT beer is Professional Pils. I drink it more than any other beer hands down.

In my free time I like to cook and hang out with my wife.

When I was younger I used to be a rave DJ.

Rezolute will always be one of my all-time favorite beers, but I’m quite partial to the Tarty Slip series and Coffee with a Blonde, too.

:: LIKES ::
Unicorns. Cats. Glitter. Corgis. Japanese stuff.

I have a twin…. And I am also a very good liar =]

Amber AK2

Amber (aka AK2) | Bartender

Professional Pilsner (definitely my go to beer!)

I simply love the outdoors. I love to camp, kayak and go four wheeling.

I was born in upstate New York. Although I am a huge Michigan fan (Go Blue!), I always cheer for my home team Syracuse (Go Orange!)

Matt | Bartender

Palatable (or from the core lineup: Cranberry Tarty Slip)

Playing games of all kinds—anything from table-top games and trivia to ice hockey and darts

I am a multi-vocational minister and have dreams of living in a simple small house on a 1-2 acre sustainable farm growing food for my family and neighbors.

Chris | Bartender

Orange Brewlius

Magic The Gathering and The Great Outdoors: disc golf, mountain biking, kayaking, camping, hiking, and walking from my car to any man made structure.

I’m a hairdresser, educator, musician and former tattoo artist.

Sondra | Bartender

How do I pick a favorite when they’re all so good? Currently going back and forth between Orange Brewlius and Tarty Slip but will always have a MVB if it’s on tap.

I love anything where I can be creative; when I’m not working you can find me participating in local art fairs. Have a passion for things I can do outside with my dog, especially hiking and kayaking. Current obsessions include playing in poker tournaments and astrology.

I spent last year backpacking through New Zealand and consuming all things beer and teaching yoga.
